Tasmania Zoo Tour

Tasmania Zoo is the only fully accredited Zoo in Tasmania and has the largest collection of animals to view including the world's largest, private devil breeding program.

So come and take a ride to Tasmania Zoo and have an unforgettable time. The tour includes pick up and drop off with the Tasmania Zoo bus service and zoo entry. You will come face to face with the famous Tasmanian Devil at the devil feeding and interpretation times followed by an amazing opportunity to pet our baby devils. (Don't forget to bring your camera)

Feeding times are at 10.30am, 1.00pm and 3.30pm. Further you can enjoy handfeeding the wallaby's wombats, kangaroos, the domestic animals like sheep, cattle, goats, alpacas and miniature ponies.

See also over 80 species of birds from fairy penguins, swift parrots, macaw to wedged tailed eagles etc.

Tasmania Zoo bus service departs from the Launceston CBD and surrounding area’s (Casino, Caravan Parks, Backpackers, Hotel/Motels and individually nominated areas).

Tasmania Zoo Tours are offered 7 days a week. Bookings are essential and can be made by contacting Tasmania Zoo directly.
